......however, PRIUS first....actually we have a Civic Hybrid and it doesn't get 60 mpg, but mid40s is reachable with the occasional 50 wife's Volt has lifetime average mpg over 200 mpg....

both.....but safety has to come first, I would hate to hurt someone else and having to buy a new car (myself or the other) would sure offset the benefits of good efficient driving.....
