How often do you wear sunscreen?

Almost never.
Only when I'm outside all day - like at the beach.
Frequently, but sometimes I forget.
Every day.

Only if I know I will be outdoors for more than 10 minutes(the amount of natural protection your skin supplies-if Caucasian).

Frequently, but I do forget to re-apply it when I come in and go out again.

I never spend much time in the sun. Really overdid it when I was younger.

My mom just celebrated her 89th birthday; she was ALWAYS outside from sunup to sundown, an avid gardener. By the end of summer, she was as brown as a hickory nut -- but no skin cancer, no health problems.

Her theory: the chemicals in suntan lotions causes cancer, as do the chemical in sunblock.

Furthermore, since we absorb Vitamin D3 from the sun, by wearing these lotions, we block our bodies from absorbing this valuable vitamin, which boosts our Immune System, thereby protecting us from cancer!

I never wear anything in the sun! It makes sense to me!
