Yes. The FDA tried to outlaw it in baby bottles but was met by heavily angry lobbying by the industry to congress.

They won-FDA lost.

For those of you who don't know about BPA, it is used in plastic bottles(water, baby, sports drink, etc.) and used to line canned food.

BPA is a known endocrine disrupter. This means you are much, much more susceptible to Diabetes, also increases cancer as it mimics hormones that are needed for cancers to grow.
