The problem with being evil is one no longer feels a sense that they ever committed wrong doing to anyone or for anything.

So they usually cannot or simply don't ask for soul saving forgiveness. Genuine, soul understanding that they did wrong.

Anyone can simply say the words-this does not deserve forgiveness.
