Is it ever okay for an able-bodied person to use handicapped parking?

Never! I have a permanent handicapped parking permit, and even I do not park in those too limited spaces when I feel well enough to park farther away.

Absolutely not! I often won't park in a handicap spot when I have my mother with me who is hanidicapped and has a handicapped parking permit. If I can I drop her off and then go find regular parking so that others who are more in need can use that spot that is what I do.
