No. Most veggies need to be cooked to release all of their nutrients, ie: spinach, carrots, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, kale, mustard greens, radishes, rutabagas, turnips to name a few. However, cooking does reduce some nutrients. Example Spinach provides more Vitamin C when eaten raw, but doesn't release the full potential of iron and other nutrients so actually more nutritious cooked or steamed. So, best to eat your veggies both ways rather than strictly one way even though steaming or cooking is the best.
