The turnaround DID begin in April 2009, or at the very least the final bottom (the highest unemployment on a monthly basis.) Once the Stimulus took effect, and we got back to growth, albeit anemic growth, it has continued for the last 40+ months and counting. Search (by Google, Bing or other engine of your choice) "unemployment bikini graph" to see the evidence of same.
