Yes. With only two viable candidates you often have to compromise and select the "lesser of the evils" when voting.

A Pro-life candidate would have to otherwise be perfect across the board to get my vote, something that is highly unlikely. Someone who is "personally" pro-life but doesn't feel that they should inflict their beliefs on the rest of us has a much lower threshold.
