A picture of you at a political rally? You shouldn't have to worry about your boss or co-workers disapproving. It isn't their business unless your activities intrude into the workplace.

A threat to your ex-wife posted as "free expression"? I wouldn't trust you anywhere in my vicinity, and I would worry about workplace violence.
