No. Not to our food, but if you stand right in front of it, very close, while its cooking, you could be getting some of the radiation.

The type of radiation that microwaves use simply move the hydrogen atoms at a faster pace(creates friction-->heat).

When its done, there is no residual radiation.

Again, don't stand right in front of it while its going.
