"No man should wear a turtleneck" is the most bigoted, ill considered statement I have ever seen. Two thirds or more of the men on this planet have foreskins. Their genital health is equal or better, to that of the surgically altered. Can you imagine a man saying, "No woman should wear a clitoral hood", and getting away with it in this day and age? Humans have been evolving for 4.7 million years. Our mammal ancestors all had foreskins, as did their reptile ancestors, going back 120 million years. Gysele, do you know something that nature does not? Please open your mind. The average child is not born needing cosmetic surgery, which neither aids in their wellbeing or health, or enhances. A scar is not more beautiful than a whole genital. When the Australian circumcision rate plummetted, heath issues decreased.

Circumcision is added protection against sexually transmitted diseases. The cultural implications are irrelevant.
