Only for the terminally ill who suffer extreme pain. End stages of cancer for example.

Yes, but with restrictions and safeguards so that unscrupulous profiteers cannot benefit from the manipulation of the depressed. It should be restricted to those with chronic pain and terminal illnesses. Safeguards might include requiring concurrence of three non-affiliated physicians before a doctor-assisted suicide could be performed.

Yes and no. Like all medicine, it will be bought by relatives who have something to gain with your death.

Don't believe me? How about doctors who prescribe nothing but what would be illegal drugs(oxycontin, Percocet, etc.) just so they can charge cash for the office visit. It happens all the time, everywhere.

They are nothing more than "legal" drug dealers. There are a lot of them.
