Yes. Once a child gets all their primary teeth, it's well past time to stop breastfeeding. It's nature's way of saying, 'Hey, I don't need milk as my primary food.' This happens between 1.5-2.5 years old.

When they have teeth to chew properly it is time to stop breastfeeding. If the mother still wants them having breast milk then use a pump and give it to them in a glass.
