Everything about it is amazing...My third child started this.

PS 11 is a well-run school with enthusiastic teachers and administrators who care about teaching, and who care about the kids. The school draws from a diverse New York City population, which makes the overall experience more interesting and exciting for the kids. Finally, we like the variety of enrichment programs, including some that attract talented students from far-away parts of Manhattan that are outside of the normal "zoned area" for PS11. More options for the students leads to a better education.

PS11 is the best!! Amazing principal, terrific teachers, the best programs, fantastic school (building), wonderful PTA, parents and families!

From DOE progress report, PS11 did better than 93% of public elementary school citywide. It has serious upward momentum, thanks to its dynamic principal, administrative staff and enthusiastic teachers

P.S. 11 is a lively, comfortable school and truly representative of the population of New York City. The teachers are warm and enthusiastic.

So many great teachers and friendly community.

A school is your child's home away from home...they spend a majority of their day with the kids, teachers and staff and are greatly influenced by what goes on daily. I feel relieved to know that my child is in good hands where the staff stays in regular communication with me about my child's progress and well-being and that I know I have a support system that is willing to work with me no matter what. I took away one star because no school is perfect and there is always room for improvement.

P.S. 11 is a wonderful school. My daughter is thriving at this school.
