Swayambhu, a Kathmandu valley landmark, is an ancient Buddhist stupa perched on top of a hill. On top of the stupa, Buddha's eyes watch over Kathmandu valley and its inhabitants - and all the pilgrims, many escaped from Tibet - who circle the stupa, spinning prayer wheels as they pass by.
