Nomadic Indians with Camels

Here we are in a remote corner of India's state of Gujarat. The area is mainly inhabited by the Adivasi - the indigenous population - who had also been Nomads once, living in and from the forest in balance with nature. The arrival of the large woodcutting companies had its impact on the Adivasi way of life: having lost what their life is based on they had to settle down and become farmers. Other tribes, as seen here, resumed their nomadic life.
