What I Want to Do:

My Page Billboard
Greetings and thanks for visiting my page.  I work for the state by day and also have an online gift basket business and a shop on selling vintage items.  I hope to have some artsy hand made things on there eventually too, as I am trying to get back in touch with my crafty, artistic side.   I also aspire to be a published writer and have tons of story ideas brewing, I just need to get them down on paper and work with them.  I love animals, my dream career is to somehow acquire a lot of land and open an animal rescue facility.  I love nature and hope that as a society we are learning that we must have more respect for Mother Earth.  Perhaps someday we can live in harmony having found a balance with nature and technology.

Wild Fact About Me I am a spontaneous procrastinator, which means I become interested in many things and prepare for doing (insert new interest here), but then never seem to get around to doing it. I have so many how to books on so many different subjects, i'll never get around to learning anything!
My Philosophy As I get older, I realize we are all only here for a short time, and that nothing is forever. I try to enjoy every day, see the good in any situation I find myself in and make the best of everything. No matter what is going on now, it will soon change. Instead of thinking of the future and things I want to do, I just try to think of the moment and do what seems right for this specific moment in time.
What Gives Me Hope Noticing that more and more people are becoming more aware of how our culture needs to slow down and become more aware of and dependent on nature and natural ways of doing things and less dependent on technology and man made items (medicines, foods, etc). Maybe in a few generations, we'll have gotten it right and be more in balance.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by I would develop an eye for an eye type of law enforcement system.
What/who changed my life and why Becoming a mother changed my life because I did not plan on having any children and had a very vague idea of what I wanted to do with my life. Once I knew I would have to be responsible for another little human, all of the plans and directions I had in mind changed and I ended up taking a completely different life path than I had expected.
