About Me I observe and draw conclusions about somebody, a civilization, or historical figure, on their interactions with nature and how they treat animals.

No matter how great a name history records an august personage – if they:

a) Rode to hounds.

b) Participated in blood sports.

c) Greedily felled a thousand, thousand year old trees without regret.

d) Ignorantly stereo typed Felines with nonsensical propaganda...

Doesn't a foot ache with pain when a hammer accidently falls on the toes ?

...Than what kind of person could willingly volunteer becoming the primary cause of pain towards God’s creations and be oblivious about the consequences of suffering ?

- Conclusion -

Trust, friendship, they will not get from me. Rather a shunning from the cannon of decency is what their ilk earn.

Is all the difference to this one sentient being - a naturalized member of your life, sworn-in & adjudicated by the destiny of fates themselves.

We're our Pet's only connection to the outside world of broad
twenty- first century wellness.

Therefore, having my pets

T r u s t

Is the biggest honor - an award bestowed through humble and mighty nature.
What Gives Me Hope People relocating trees instead of cutting them down, rehabilitating wildlife.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by Make it illegal for any Housing Developer/Authority/Owner to discriminate against owning pets.

Curb noise pollution: minimal to no fireworks, obnoxious motorcycles, etc.

Strive to become a City of Refuge for innocent pets, homeless animals, and urban wildlife. To live in healthy comfort, and protective peace, as legislated by; - rules of nature and the accumulated universal conscience of humane compassion; - not by the arrogance of upstart control freak sapiens.

- Summary -

A realigned focus on Animal awareness issues, will domesticate human thought in realizing: Animals are a living constituency, overlooked components in global peace. Paradise regained for humanity in the cyclic benefits of protecting the meekest disenfranchised.
What/who changed my life and why Three among many:

1) In 1987 Panda Bears Ling Ling & Yong Yong visited the United States, lodging in New York City's Bronx Zoo.

Amidst an open air no-privacy exhibit, the noise from the insensitive oogling crowd made these two Panda's cower in fear behind a cement pipe. The audience started to wave thumbs down and vocalize booing. As if the disappointment of not getting their money's worth would coax these Pandas out in full sight to entertain uninvited guests. From their world in the bamboo forests the Panda duo came here special to give you amusement on a Sunday afternoon ?

A Silverback Gorilla showcased indoors; a transparent window cage habitat; thumping with both his fore arms against the glass partition, in reaction towards the throng of visitors (children w/their parents and others) whom were poking facial gestures made to provoke anger from the annoyed Gorilla who like the Panda's Ling Ling & co. just wanted to be undisturbed in the wild freedom of tranquility they were born into.

A Chimpanzee was going through similar despondencies but with a different reaction. He kept vomiting on the glass and wiping the see through pane with his fingers eating his own sick.

Boycott Zoos !

2) In 1984 a small Circus came to town the seating was very ringside and up close.

I saw two elephants slightly disobeying the ringmaster, who whipped the performing Elephants hard, trying to pass off the blooper as part of the act.

What lousy pointless tricks that fail to highlight the intelligence capacity of non-humankind and distort the true grandeur of the beast within yielding subzero value. Wild Animal stunts (possibly domestic too) and acrobatics serve no purpose other than humiliating captive animals, anthropomorphizing them in front of curious spectators. Whatever for ?

Boycott all Circuses that have animal acts !

3) In 2000 I returned to the Bronx Zoo to find an Elephant chained by her foot outdoors with no shade repeating compulsive behavior by lifting her forefoot up and down, trying to pace and look away from the dozens of people whom were encircling the elephant enclosure: I) Talking loud, II) Taking pictures with a flashbulb in daylight, III) Generally no empathy that underneath this elephant form is a soul with feelings.

How'd you like it if things were reversed ?

- Epilogue -

In utter disgust about the ongoing plight of animals and their stress I say - Boycott Zoo's and Circuses. Moreover prioritize all facets of animal well-being to the centerpiece of everybody's interest.
