Neil Patrick Harris: “Stand Tall, Be Pround”

In the wake of the recent upswing in suicides resulting from the bullying of LGBT students in high school and college, numerous celebrities have been speaking out to give hope to gay teens.  As part of MTV’s speak out series, Neil Patrick Harris has a message he would like to share as well.

People are people. Bullies are idiots who bother and annoy people. Bullies should be punished for their cruelty no matter who it may be directed at.

We simply must bury the myth that any separation exists between anything or anyone in this Creation. Religions that have come along AFTER a Master has walked this Earth do not shed any light on the TRUTH. String Theory / Bubble Theory are approaching the factual substance of what this realm is composed of: Vibration (Word Name, Sound Current, Om, Aum, Amen, Tao, etc). All is the energetic vibration, and no atom is separate from any other, all resonates equally. We must recognize this via meditation and direct mystical experience. This is the way we can see that someone or some life form we choose to harm or judge in one lifetime is ourselves in another lifetime, all in the same emanation. We "take turns" at role playing, so the victim of ignorant abuse has "saved" the abuser this round, but the "abuser" must at some point face the same fate. Role reversal. Why do so few investigate the sources of their aggression, negativity, self-righteousness, religions? If we conduct our research we will all be led to the source which all Masters in each generation teaches: We are the ONE, all is Love, all is Illusion in this plane, until we learn to LOVE we are doomed to reap whatever we sow until we get it right.

bullying needs to stop. but how to stop it? teachers hands have been tied, parents don't believe their "little darlings" are bullies, and authorities don't give it importance unless someone is injured or dead.. teach your kids to stand up for themselves.. to talk to YOU. bullies don't bother kids with good self esteem.. it is not limited to homosexuals either, kids with handicaps, fat kids, not-quite-white kids, kids with glasses, with the "wrong" clothes, they are all bullied too. and that is wrong. sexual orientation should not be important if it does not keep you from doing your job well. a straight person who cheats on their taxes or spouses is far worse than any gay person who does his job honestly.

We need more people like Neil Patrick Harris to speak supportively to gay and questioning young people to give them hope that things will get better and to give them positive role models. This would help counter all the pervasive hate speech from politicians, religious hypocrits and the like.
