I pretty much follow the same routine every night, but sometimes I will fall asleep fairly easily, another night I am still tossing and turning at 2.00 am. I've given up trying to understand it!

Exercising too late is true because I always felt energized after, more awake. We recently got organic cotton sheets for a great price. I also work some nights until 10 or 11pm, then I would eat and be awake...

There was a recent article suggesting sleeping in the nude was the only way do sleep. I've always had a bedtime routine that includes brushing teeth before settling in bed to either read a good book or play a few games on my tablet, which relax me and in no time I'm yawning.
