Biohacking is insanely trendy and utterly fascinating, but a lot of people miss out on the big picture. No amount of supplements or experimental habits is going to help you hack your way to better health if you don’t have a solid base to start from. We can’t forget about our body’s original biohacks! Let’s run down the most important health hacks you need to help you feel your best. The best part? They’re all low-tech and free!

1. Get a solid 8 hours of sleep.

This ancient technology cleanses the brain and improves all facets of health: immunity, focus, stress, depression, metabolism, heart health, all of it! If you haven’t tried it, it’s time to get on board. It actually takes your brain through three stages, each more restorative than the last. A little time-consuming, yes, but there’s no better way to fight brain fog, poor memory or low energy.

2. Move your body.
