Here's a fantastic recipe for prune: before bed put two prunes in a glass of water. In the morning, when you wake up, drink the water and eat the two prunes. I use it for many years and it is very effective for avoiding constipation.

The recipe seems like a fussy way to make prune juice. I eat prunes and Greek yogurt every morning for breakfast. I just cook the prunes in water for about 15 minutes, cool them and drink any excess. Nothing could be simpler. Though I think it's probably better to eat the whole fruit to get the important fibre.
