I (frugally) save the little containers that arrive with our order from the local pizzeria and (compulsively) pick out the seeds that I'm told are the source of the burn. Hope the colorful flakes retain and provide nutritional benefits as well as the flavor kick. Will try putting the shaker on the table and increase its use ad lib.
