Finding Vegan Chocolate Chips

Ingredients

    For the Peanut Butter and Banana Green Smoothie
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup vegan milk (+ more, if needed)
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  • Smoothie Bowl Toppings
  • roasted peanuts
  • banana slices
  • vegan chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

    Make the Smoothie
  1. Combine the smoothie ingredients in your blender, and puree until smooth. If your blender is having trouble getting a smooth mixture, you can add up to an additional 1/4 cup vegan milk.
  2. Make the Smoothie Bowl
  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl. Top with the peanuts, banana slices, and chocolate chips (if using). Eat immediately.
