More than 1,000 tigers have been poached in the past decade. This new evidence has shown how vital it is for world leaders to commit to save the tiger at this month's summit, the International Tiger Forum.

It is very vital for the world leaders to commit to save the tiger at this month’s summit, the International Tiger Forum. The story stated that 1000 tigers were poached in the last 10 years and that is only the number of dead tigers found. We must save the ones remaining

noted and thanks.well..let's count the greedy ways we have to destroy our world. Poachers killing animals to extinction. Oil companies destroying land, sea and any living thing in their way, bankers stealing our homes and savings, insurance companies stealing our health, pharmaceutical companies stealing our needed medications. This could be some huge orchestra! the conductor??? that would be our elected officials selling everything and anything for a cost, whether they own it or not...and let's not forget the lobbyists...they would be the composers of the song that the people will sing as we follow these fools all the way to our own destruction.

Does anyone know what the maxim penalty is in China and in India for killing a tiger? Unless laws are enforced, or made more strict, these animals do not have a chance.

We must protect the tigers and all the other species and their natural habitat now before its too late because their extinction is also our very own extinction.
