Here at Pasado's, Thanksgiving is a time to gratefully reflect upon all that has been accomplished in the past year for the animals. It is also a time to celebrate family, whether they are furred, feathered, hoofed, or human.

it's nice to know there are safe places for turkeys on Thanksgiving. it was a Thanksgiving a quarter century ago as the turkey was being placed on the table that i made the decision to stop eating animals. that's one decision i've always been very grateful for making.

I get intensely annoyed avery year that it is called Turkey Day. The holiday is supposed to be about the Pilgrims and all that rot but it is centered around the killing of so many birds. What kind of sick holiday is that? I haven't had a turkey on my table in 35 years.
These turkeys are gorgeous and they look jut as they should-big, full, and alive.

Happy Thanksgiving! Let's be thankful we have companion animals and other animals to complete our ecosystem.
