Thank you Cher - signed, noted and shared...stupid people leave mothers and their babies alone when they are nursing.

Ridiculous, a natural act. I signed. If people don't like it turn their head, they shouldn't be staring anyways.

Noted and signed. Thank you for posting, Cher. Old hippie radical that I am, I breatfed all three of my children for two years each in public and while pursuing my career as a math and computer programming professor. I never encountered a problem. I design blouses for myself that enabled me to breatfeed discreetly and modestly. My associates and students knew I was breastfeeding and they had no objection. I think we had a more civil and caring society in the sixties and seventies of the last centry.

Women shouldn't be forced to nurse in locker rooms or bathrooms. All the woman who complained had to do was explain to her sons that the woman was feeding her baby-if they even asked! Women should be encouraged to breastfeed, not made to feel ashamed of doing what is best for their baby.

I am so tired of people calling the police on people doing something legal that makes them uncomfortable. We are mammals and female mammals have mammary glands to feed the very young. When baby is hungry mother has the right to feed her baby. Breast milk is better for baby than any formula.
