A man in the US has been cited for illegally poaching a pregnant mule deer after someone else used a camera phone to capture the killing. The Associated Press reported that Blake March has been cited to appear at Idaho's 6th District Court in April,

I agree with you there Brenda P. and I hope they fine him big time plus I hope he pulls time in jail or under it would be better. Nothing makes me mad as a poucher, spotlighter, dogs chaseing deer 4 wheelers and cb radios all of these should be outlawed for here they can use them except for the spotlighting or pouching. I agree Robin. It was a brave thing for him to do. It could've easily turned nasty and he could have been shot or killed.
