Fast-Food Workers Across Japan Demand Higher Pay in Rally

Part-time employees at fast-food restaurant chains and their sympathizers took to the streets in 30 cities across Japan on April 15 to demand an hourly wage of 1,500 yen as fast-food workers worldwide marched for higher wages on the same day.

I hope they get what they are asking for. Working for those low, unliveable wages is demoralizing and difficult.
