East Japan Railway Co. has opened a pop-up shop for ekiben (train boxed meals) at Paris station Gare de Lyon in an effort to promote Japanese food culture globally from one of the world's gourmet capitals.

Lovely--thanks Naoko. Here in New Hampshire, USA, there is a train ride in our White Mountains. They have available very nice boxed lunches and do a good business, so this should be a grand success, with Japanese foods.
