The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, is investigating the death of two golden eagles near Chickaloon, Alaska. A reward of up to $2,500 is being offered for information leading to a conviction of the persons responsible for killing the eagles.

Well, I was going to roll with some anti-poaching and trapping causes along with these couple of stories and I have some Idle No More News also.. But I might have to see if I can farm them out to one of the others ...because I can not seem to keep Hope everyone stays safe... talk to you all tomorrow

I agree with Leslene. I wish the snares would trap the human-garbage that put them out. Rest in peace you poor eagles.

Here in BC several years ago now, bald eagle carcasses were showing up. Unfortunately, as I recall, the culprits were First Nations, often the guardians of eagles. They were tried and convicted but I don't remember the penalty.

All eagles are such majestic birds. I once, in a medatative state, either rode on the back of an eagle or was he eagle. What a wonderful experience that was and ever since, the eagle has been my spirit guide.
