This is such a gross abuse of the justice system! We need to move away from such a barbaric mindset.

it's impossibly to comprehend how anyone who spends 41 years in solitary confinement, will be suited to fit in with society. His mental state must be in a disastrous condition. At the very least, he should be put into an ordinary cell.
There are many others people in prison who have committed murder, who have not had to face this type of imprisonment, and for shorter terms.

We must remember, this is Louisiana, a 'very' southern state.
What can you expect, when it comes to common sense?

I do apologize to any of our reasonable Care2 persons, who happen to reside in this state, for whatever reason.

I have seen the law used as vengeance from just this day with false 911 calls here, to this incredible use of cruel and all-too-usual punishment in Louisiana.

We ourselves must refrain from attempting to be vengeful through law, and help stop this wherever we see it occur.
