It's easy enough to beat up and capture some peaceful monks, isn't it?! China is reveling in its show of strength. Ridiculous. These aren't guerrillas hiding in the hills and making sniper attacks. Noted, and signed the above.

Boycotted, that is. I will give business to any sponsor that drops out of the Olympics.

Make it clear IN ADVANCE, that you are not only not GOING to the Olympics in China {how many of us can afford that anyway?};
Wow! NEAR-ZERO RATINGS! Wouldn't THAT be something for ABC, NBC, CBS to think about!

Go to David Kane's post above, for more info on boycotting.

Tell any local athletes you know. Like, for example, college athletic departments. Tell even local retailers you won't buy their items if the makers of those products SPONSOR the Beijing Olympics! Tell the local chain stores and franchises.

We have an opportunity to make an INTERNATIONAL IMPACT.
Coca-Cola isn't just in the U.S.! {And, should be boycotted for a NUMBER of reasons: mis-treatment of its workers, using up third-world water supplies, and not least of all, BOYCOTTED FOR YOUR HEALTH. But, TELL 'em this time, it's for sponsoring the Olympics.}

This is a good time to write letters-to-the-Editor. Only a FEW ever get published: but, having a FLOOD of letters WILL make an impact. And, if you send by snail mail, SOMEBODY opens and reads what you write!

Can you get college Athletic Departments to boycott those sponsors and their products? Now THAT WOULD be POWERFUL!!!

McDonald's, GE, Kodak, Panasonic, Visa, Samsung......
David's post is the Olympic site! Info on sponsors is there, alright....
You KNOW all the sponsors CARE about, is the bottom line.......

All the Mega-Corporations that think they RULE all of our lives.....!

China has lost it all. They have become more than disgusting to the eyes of the World.
Best is to boycott anything made in China. Boycott all products the corporate sponsors
of the Olympics.

TY, Ben.

I'm heartened to see others are thinking as I am, that by boycotting all things Chinese and those companies which are sponsors of the summer olympics, we are standing up to this demonic govt and saying no!
No more will we, the rest of the world sit by and allow human rights abuse. We don't care what big named companies are on board for the charade of games, China's continued aggression toward a peaceful people will not be tolerated.
Thanx Ben for providing me a place where I can "blow off some steam" and hopefully make a difference! :)
