Pity he wasn't tried as a younger man--kinda pointless now given his age+the fact that he's lived his life a free man all these years. Even if found guilty--no justice will ever be served--nt in this case. thx Angie

I agree with Natasha. He is admitting guilt/remorse. Locking him in jail at this point is a waste.

He'll face justice like nothing on this earth.

Perhaps the best part of this trial is NOT punishing the's bringing attention to the world that...YES...THE HOLOCAUST HAPPENED!

I think we've all encountered people who, for one reason or another, still refuse that reality. Here's another nail in the balloon of their self-delusion.

well said Pam, thanks! And THAT has exactly been his aim since he started breakingthe silence and drawing attention to himself and his case. I for one culd NEVER understand that there were folks who disbelieved and even denied it, but I assume the majority of those were abroad somewhere, not here. At least I have never met any!

Totally agree with Ani Maechi, nobody escapes justice. If you escape it in this world, watch out for the next

Thursday April 23, 2015, 4:54 pm to some fervent Muslims and Anti-Semites. THEY will tell you the holocaust was ''faked'' and that it never happened.

Which is why it's against the law to deny the holocaust in Germany. (At least, that's what I was told there.)

Glad to say I've never met any of those Pam!

His punishment is that during his whole life he recalled that horror and his participation in it.

Being 93 years old it's likely he wont survive the courtcase.

He appears to still be pretty strong and alert at his age, Arild.

Every one will meet justice in end time with our creator God! No one will go unpunished! Justice will be served! Thanks Angie!
