The world's oceans have warmed 50 percent faster over the last 40 years than previously thought due to climate change, Australian and US climate researchers reported Wednesday. Higher ocean temperatures expand the volume of water, contributing to a rise

What they don't mention is the Argo program has found a leveling off with a small dip in temperature. That doesn't work for the agenda, so they are trying to disappear that result with "adjustments".

"When they were first deployed in 2003, the Argos were hailed for their ability to collect information on ocean conditions more precisely, at more places and greater depths and in more conditions than ever before. No longer would scientists have to rely on measurements mostly at the surface from older scientific buoys or inconsistent shipboard monitors.

So why are some scientists now beginning to question the buoys' findings? Because in five years, the little blighters have failed to detect any global warming. They are not reinforcing the scientific orthodoxy of the day, namely that man is causing the planet to warm dangerously. They are not proving the predetermined conclusions of their human masters. Therefore they, and not their masters' hypotheses, must be wrong.

In fact, "there has been a very slight cooling," according to a U.S. National Public Radio (NPR) interview with Josh Willis at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, a scientist who keeps close watch on the Argo findings."

Though I stopped believing in everything that comes out of the mouths of NASA, quite some time ago, I am open to believing that the global climate change has not been caused solely by the doings and goings-on of the average everyday hard working, just-getting-by, pay-check to pay-check Smiths or Jones or whatever the clan/cultural equivalent. That it's been totally UNaffected by man, CO2 emissions, and blaa, blaa, blaa, yadda, yadda, yadda, ... I simply will not rule out.

What I believe at this point-- I'm very tired of the squabling over the issue; is it man-made/caused or not. Counter productive to say the very least. It's a side issue. But an argument that keeps us better occupied. It's almost to the point of irrelevance.

But, the argument could go, 'It DOES matter. We need to know what's causing global warming, otherwise, how else can we know how to deal? How do we come up with the right solutions?' Maybe a better question is, 'How is it we don't KNOW why?'

What we know as Climate change is either real or a whole lot of smoke and screens. There's too much is going on in this world to hide our heads under a blanket and wish it to go away. But how do we know the best ways to make a difference, if we don't know the TRUE cause? And when we are shown NO TRUE LEADERSHIP on the issue, one does need to ask why.
