It has started... We MUST STOP THIS! Give them an inch, they will take MILES! Will YOU be NEXT??? Think about it.....
CAMERON COUNTY, Texas -- Homeland Security filed suit against Eloisa Garcia Tamez, Lipan Apache, on Tuesday, Jan. 29, to seize her land for the border wall in Texas. Tamez has been leading the resistance to the border wall in Apache communities. Tamez said she only has three acres, but it is all she has.
All across South Texas, mayors and legislators have united to fight the border wall. Since towns on both sides of the border rely on their neighbors' shopping, eating in restaurants and other commerce, business owners in South Texas say the already financially-strapped communities will suffer economically.

Below are laws right out of the Constitution! They (the President, Vice President and ALL members of Congress) "swore" to uphold! If they do not uphold these laws, that is TREASON!

1. The judicial power shall extend to all cases in law and equity arising under the constitution, the laws of the United States, and treaties made, or which shall be made, under their authority; to all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers, and consuls; to all cases of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction; to controversies to which the United States shall be a party; to controversies between two or more States; between a State and citizens of another State, between citizens of different States, between citizens of the same State claiming lands under grants of different States, and between a State, or the citizens thereof, and foreign States, citizens, or subjects.

1. The United States shall guaranty to every State in this Union a republican form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and, on application of the Legislature, or of the Executive, (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic violence.

2. This constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof, and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any thing in the constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.

3. The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by oath or affirmation to support this constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States.

I am no means a lawyer but I think I understand these laws.....

treaties made, or which shall be made, shall protect each of them against invasion; against domestic violence. shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any thing in the constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding. shall be bound by oath or affirmation to support this constitution

I think that says it all..... This IS ILLEGAL per "thee" Constitution!

I know some of you have already signed these petitions and thank you! We are still
far from our goal. Please cross post! We MUST stop the Government here, if we do not stop them here,
we may never stop them.....your land may be next!
One is for Americans only but the other one is for all to sign. Please help save what little land our Native Americans still own by LAW.

Noted. Signed: #142. Whereas the framers of the Constitution spoke directly to this there is no "elastic" in it. Many treasonous acts have been and are being committed by this administration, yet on they go. I do not think it is any leap to conclude we are seeing so many "retirements" in the wake of the constant assault on the law of the land and flagrant disrepect for all peoples. Border walls....fences....I don't think they are to keep people out...I think they are to keep people IN. We whose eyes are open must never give up---"they" are counting on our apathy and the blows to the economy, threats of more wars, ad infinitum to stun us and sink us further into the foul quagmire of complacency. It is for us to awaken others from a national stupor. Thank you, Michael.

Thanks Michael. The threat to your constitution just continues to grow. For those of you old enough to remember the 50's doesn't the Patriot Act etc. allow for the excesses that we were all warned as negatives for China,Russia and Cuba? Sounds like you've become what you most feared.

Note and with this, our government has never treated the Native Indian right since the day they landed here in America. I hang my head low to think that our own government would take away a women's only land away from her. How greedy is this country going to get. God is going to come down hard on us if we do not wake up. I am also talking to those that go to church every Sunday and then go home and sit in front of the T.V. and eat until they can't get up. Those churches going up each week that pray over Bush..... Teach your children he is a Godly man. I have been in these churches, and walked out in the middle of the service. It is time to take our country back and let the Indians have their land back..... They were here first... Give them a subdivision with nice homes to live in, that we can not take them away from them. WE do all others that come to our country and why not those that lived her first? Ann Tuton

This is disgusting - I am not in favor of that stupid wall in my STATE to begin with - I think it's as stupid as the Berlin Wall was stupid and will just have to be torn down and people who think it will work you pay for it, but unfortunately all of us have to including people like this innocent woman when they just TAKE land to build a WALL-this is progress? This is the 21st century? Sounds like a boondoggle to me and an idiotic idea - who thought of this dumb idea anyway....a wall will keep no one out that really wants in in 2008...and I agree it's anti-American like everything else this administration does!!!!!! Noted.

The time for revolution is now. When our brothers and sisters the Apache must fight for their land, their right to live in peace, it means that we must stand beside them. We must be a source of strength for our brothers and sisters.
