Seems unbelievable to me............
I am a resident of Australia and there is free medical here for all citizens and residents.
And,
Unlike My fellow American natives,
they are given by the government a tremendous amount of support.
I will have to look into this!!

Perhaps aboriginal communities have to be educated about pneumonia with some illnesses and on-going medical care, not just one visit to the doctor.
