Survival International has received disturbing reports about an imminent eviction of several hundred Bushmen in southern Botswana to make way for a 'wildlife corridor'.

It's heartbreaking to see Bushmen (San people) on the streets of Windhoek, Namibia as they beg for money, sit in drug-addled stupors or work in kitchens in low-paying jobs!

As always, aboriginal peoples don't stand a chance when they're in the way of less "PRIMITIVE" cultures.

That's terrible! They shouldn't be evicted for that thing. They should be left alone to live their own lives.

I've been in the area, why not let them stay, it's not like they will have that much of an impact on the animals, just prevent them from making changes to how they live if they stay there. They might be eager to leave, in which case they should take care not to make the mistakes Namibia did.
