The only honey i'll have is raw & unfiltered, straight from the farm, which i get from a specialty honey shop!
The stuff you get on supermarket shelves has all the nutrients boiled out of it & is also mixed with GMO corn syrup, it's actually worse than refined sugar!

Thanx Cal

Thanks for sharing Cal!

Since years I only buy honey direct from the producer, which is at the weekly market usually. All that industrial produced honey is lack of the healthy nutrients that makes honey so good. This one is pure and very special.

Used honey a lot in the past but gave it up a few yrs ago. Manuka honey is the best on the market tho very expensive but so worth the $$$$. Most honey on supermarket shelves is garbage. thanks

Ho dovuto rinunciare al miele, quando sono venuta ad abitare in città, quello che si trova nei supermercati non è assolutamente buono, essendo corretto con prodotti OGM, peccato! Grazie Cal.

Green tea, lemon, honey. Good when congested, too.

The bees work hard to make honey. I don't think people should be taking it (their food) from them.

Honey is so dear and I use it occasional dishes. I also believe that it is not good to feed to children of under 1 year old.
