Scientists are increasingly warning of the potential that a shutdown, or even significant slowdown, of the Atlantic conveyor belt could lead to abrupt climate change, a shift in EarthâEUR(TM)s climate that can occur within as short a timeframe as a decade

This has HUGE ramifications. This is no small deal, interesting aside, or quaint fact. We could be in for a very wild ride.

Noted. Thanks, Cal.
Great info here; but scientists are being criticized, with the information they present being minimized by those who profit from fossil fuels. We need a new leader who gives respect to the scientific world and is not afraid to openly challenge those who deny climate change......with a massive expansion of renewable green energy.
