Pamela Anderson is the WORST spokesperson EVER...why cant we get an intellegent person who doesnt rely on their plasticity to get noticed?!

Renee, people don't want to listen to intelligent people, but they will listen to celebrities. That is why she is actually a good spokesperson. And that is why PETA has it right when they have celebrities as spokespeople. So, although you may have somewhat of a point, unfortunately this is how the average person is like, they will listen to someone who is in the limelight not an intellectual.

Death from lipids. That is what these carnivores are all about. Arterial plaque is their game, from hydrogenated oil nondairy creamer containing caseinate to their carnivorous faire.

Horray for Pamela! I wish all celebrities would speak out for all the animals that are being abused and killed.

Look, you have to have someone SERIOUS in there. Otherwise, its NOT taken seriously. I dont care if they are a celebrity or not. Look at someone like Angelina Jolie..she is SERIOUS~she does her work and she studies up on it before doing it..she doesnt have the fake look and yet she is still beautiful AND a celebrity..and people take her SERIOUSLY..that is why she is one of the U.N. ambassadors. I dont see Pamela A. representing the U.N. and THANK GOODNESS FOR THAT! Come on..anyone that 'says' they are taking Pamela Anderson seriously is probably staring at her rack while saying it. Give me a break.

Wow, you sound really full of hatred toward Pamela. So sorry to hear that....

She has been a great activist for animals for years and even got Tommy Lee to pose for a fur free ad, how many rockers do you think there are out there following his lead, believe it or not.

oh BTW, Angelina Jolie studies up on it? Then why did she and Brad Patronize this disgusting spectacle?

Lots of people like Pamela for all she does for animals. It sounds like you just hate her.

you know ... people always speak out about the fur industry, but it is a business
and as a business, it would probably be open to a buy out?
why not offer to replace the millions of dollars a country would lose in revenue? if they would stop producing fur?

if there are so many people against this business, maybe they should come together and put their money where their beliefs are? a few million people all putting up a few dollars and the problem is solved, after all it is economically based

Mathew, you rock..its good someone sees it for what it is based in. People here got a fur store to CLOSE because they were outside protesting and it made the people who wanted to buy the fur stay far far away..I think THAT is really saying something.

We can only take steps towards our goals. A step is a step, we can't ask for more and we can't do any less.

Pamela Anderson is THE best celebrity spokesperson for animals today!

"Time after time, I've seen that what excites Pam most, aside from raunchy rock stars, is sparking debate about some of the serios issues that struggle for attention on today's mindless pop culture radar, such as domestic violence, AIDS, hepatitis, and especially animal rights.
