I really hope they catch this sick idiot. Hopefully they are closing in on him now. I know it won't take away the harm he has done to these poor children. He will never pay as much as they do. But maybe he will get some of what he deserves. Good to see they have info on him though.
Thanks for the post Drew, my friend. Keep fighting for the children buddy. You are right, they are what means the most.

I am sorry if some of you have gotten an error message from the story link. Here is the story for those it doesn't show up for:

PARIS - First Interpol unmasked his face. Now it knows his name. The international police organization, working off tips from people who responded to a global appeal for help, said Monday it has identified a suspected pedophile shown in Internet photos abusing young boys.

The man, whose face initially was disguised behind a digitalized swirl, is now thought to be on the run in Thailand, Interpol said. He is said to be an English teacher at a school in South Korea.

The man was allegedly shown sexually abusing 12 young Vietnamese and Cambodian boys, apparently ranging in age from 6 to early teens, in about 200 photographs posted on the Internet. Using techniques that neither they nor Interpol would discuss, German police recreated an image of the man's face and released four reconstructed photos of him last week.

Interpol said more than 350 people then supplied tips to authorities worldwide. Officials are still collecting and analyzing evidence to bring charges against the man if he is arrested, it said.

Interpol went public after efforts to track down the man through its network ran dry. Ronald K. Noble, Interpol's secretary-general, credited "remarkable progress" following the public response to its appeal for help on Oct. 8.

Interpol said it now knows the suspect's name, nationality, date of birth and passport number, but it did not release that information. It said the man flew from Seoul, South Korea, to Bangkok, Thailand, last Thursday, with security cameras documenting his arrival at Thai immigration.

"Thailand is at the center of an international manhunt, and authorities in the country, in cooperation with Interpol and police around the world, are hunting him down," Noble said.

In Bangkok late Monday, the deputy chief of Thailand's Interpol liaison office, police Col. Pornprasert Kanchanarin, said he was unaware of the new developments in the case. Interpol declined any further comment Monday beyond its statement.

Interpol provided two new photos of the suspect Monday. One, taken by Thai immigration officials upon his arrival in Bangkok, showed him seemingly older, with close-cropped hair and wearing glasses. The other, which Interpol said was provided by an informant, was a simple head shot of the man, smiling and ruddy-faced.

Interpol's decision to release the reconstructed photos was seen as being somewhat risky because it could have tipped off criminals to techniques police have at their disposal and prompted them to better hide their identities.

One of the pictures released last week and posted on Interpol's Web site showed the suspect with uncombed short brown hair. Another showed him with a hairy chest.

The photos date from before December 2004, when they were found on the Internet, Anders Persson, a Swedish police officer assigned to Interpol's human trafficking unit, said last week. Some were digitally stamped as having been taken in 2002 and 2003, he said.

Interpol asked people who recognized the suspect or who have other information to contact police or the Interpol bureau in their country. It urged them not to take any direct action.

Now, with the suspect at large, "we must again enlist the public's support," Noble said.

The boys believed to have been abused have not been located, Persson said.

I am beyond words about this guy. Ever since this story come out. He is a sick, worthless, person. All the photos at Interpol website. He has that sick smile. Like he has done nothing wrong. I hope he will be found soon and hopefully no more children have been harmed by him.
I hope the children are all ok.

Historically bullying, incest and rape by teachers and other students has always been. People who commit these acts of emotional crimes have deep emotional problems. It has only been in the past twenty some years these behaviors are being addressed publicly. Because of the shame to family members before it was hidden and never written much less spoken of.
Today in 2007 this is no longer true.............You will be fried if discovered. And this is what amazes me about people who do these things. Perhaps this is a cry for help as opposed to seeking help before doing these emotional crimes. The shame is what keeps so many at it and shame keep so many from telling on a someone about it.

I personally am torn about what is the best plan of action on these people whether they be men or women. Whether to lock them up or give them exstensive emotional counseling.......The counseling does not seem to do all that much though. Women teachers have always done something in this area. But, only recently has it become something of an epicdemic of sorts. Whether it be a woman or male teacher, minister, counselor or your grandfather a child needs to speak up the moment even a slight ocurrence happens. Children need to understand they have not done wrong...........Almost all have been conned, persuaded or threatened in some way for these people to have their way.

Another behavior that falls into this to a degree is bullying of a student by another or others. The ones who bully fall into the same agressive type of behavior as sexual predators..............For the sexual predator and bully are seeking power over someone they see as being much weaker in some way.

There seems to be a phenomenom of lets all do it going on with these unbalanced sorts who often come off as perfectly normal Ted Bundy, to the totally obvious nut Son of Sam & Charles Manson.............I think it is absurd nothing is done when someone is acting in a way that needs to be stopped before something does happen..............These people give off clues in very subtle ways as well as obvious harmless ways and mannerisms.

If you feel there is something there in a persons mannerism/behavior steer clear of them if possible......Or talk to someone about it..........

Above all listen to your "gut"..........It will never let you down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

its so true these perverts are all over the world. its taking time, but they are beinng found out. they are beinng taken to jail. they are taken to court, given a sentence of several years, depending on who the judge is, what state, what country, the type of system they have. maybe they will get life,30. maybe only 16 years in prison. they themselves are abused by those who look at them through eyes of pure hate because of what they did to a child.when, (unless they are killed in prison} they get out do the same thing over again. thats how these freaks work
