Thanks Sam for one more BDS success story about one decent, deep thinking human being!
He deserves our full respect and applause for his serious deliberation allowing him to come to the right conclusion in accordance with his personal values!

May many more resist these "kind offers from promoters in Tel Aviv" and recognise them for what they are:
"Israel’s campaign to exploit culture as a diplomatic weapon, the ‘Brand Israel’ strategy. Deliberately undermining Palestinian cultural expression while marketing its own cultural output worldwide, thus attempting to cast a veil over its violations of human rights and international law."

What an eloquent man! Much respect for his decision. And from the article:

Moore joins an ever-growing collection of artists who have either boycotted or canceled Israel concerts in recent years; The Quietus puts the number at 1,000 British musicians alone, including Roger Waters, who for over two years has been at the forefront of the boycott. "They are running riot,“ Waters said of the Israeli government’s occupation of Gaza and the West Bank in 2013, "and it seems unlikely that running over there and playing the violin will have any lasting effect.”

Thanks Sam.
