Hi Dear Little Kitty Lucy - You are so beautiful, I am sure somebody will just have to adopt you and give you your forever home. You remind me of My Beautiful Little Shadow who crossed over to Rainbows Bridge 9th March 2005. Shadow was abandoned as a kitten. I found her, scooped her up in my arms & took her home with me. Shadow went blind when she was only a few months old, but she still lived a very happy, healthy and contented life. The vet said, it is not like a human being going blind, who will suffer more physically & mentally with the loss of their sight. As you are young my little angel, you will not know any different & even though you cannot see, this will be 'normal' to you. Your other senses will be heightened to help you, your hearing will be sharper, your sense of smell will guide you & you will have a very clever 'cat way' of finding your way around. I had twelve & a half wonderful years with my Shadow and her spirit is with me always. I will love and miss her forever. I know someone will fall in love with you Dear Little Lucy, as I have already. Shadow is sending her prayers down from Rainbows Bridge & Tiggy Willow my Earth Cat is sending her paw prints and kisses. Bless you little Lucy, you are in my prayers. Wait patiently little baby & you will get your forever home.
SALLY D.

What a lovely puss cat reminds me of many of my past cats. Disability to an animal is just another thing they cope with, three legs, deafness, blindness, some other part or sense takes over and of course with cats and dogs they are already blessed with phenominal hearing and sense of smell. Pity some people can't see beyond the disability! I'm sure someone near to her will be enchanted with her and give her a forever home.
