" "Today, unchecked climate change and a nuclear arms race resulting from modernization of huge arsenals pose extraordinary and undeniable threats to the continued existence of humanity, and world leaders have failed to act with the speed or on the scale required to protect citizens from potential catastrophe. These failures of leadership endanger every person on Earth." "

Noted. Thanks for posting, Victoria. Very disturbing! I didn't know it was set back to 17 minutes to midnight in 1991; and has been moving forward since then. There is a lot to get done---and quickly.

Keep on breeding, people! Keep on praying to the skies for help which doesn't come. Keep on putting your ''faith'' in the clouds.

>.> Yeah, I don't know how to respond to this without sounding like a defeatist. The good news is people are starting to wake up.
