Iran's Space Monkey a Fake!

The monkey shown to have been sent into space had light fur & a distinctive red mole over its right eye. But the monkey that returned was dark haired & had no mole."It looks like a very different monkey, the nose, the features, everything is different"

That's a relief! Their rocket program looks like a failure and that lessens the danger of this fanatical Muslim dictatorship. How much longer until the Iranian people can free themselves from these 7th century bigoted, brutal thugs?

Only his hair dresser knows for sure! - Russia did the same when it started its program

And here is me thinking that it was Pres. Ahmadinerjacketjimijam with that beard that went up in a rocket. and now it all seems to be fakery. What is the world coming to with Iran up to monkey business!

It's just sad that an intelligent sentient being had to suffer so for such a dangerous project. Bernard, it is too bad they didn't send Ahmadinejad or one of the bigoted old Mullahs up in the rocket - or maybe all of these fanatic hate mongers and free the Iranian people from this oppressive, brutal Islamic dictatorship.

I hope you're right, Carola.

Of course, it could be that Iran has discovered a way to send a monkey into space, have its mole removed and hair colored in zero gravity, which would be quite a feat and a real threat to plastic surgeons and hair dressers all over the world.

That's one way to get rid of a mole in the government!

It is possible that Iranian propagandists photoshopped the monkey or used a different, "more presentable" one. I have seen worse out of them. It is more likely, though, that the launch took place, but the monkey died. On the other hand, bombs are a lot more resilient than monkeys. Still, in military terms, Iran's inability to send delicate objects into orbit is a very good thing as that means Iran is unlikely to put up satellites which would seriously enable over-the-horizon warfare.

Sounds like there's been some monkey business going on with that launch.

I knew it. I said it on the first story. The giveaway was that they said they shot the rocket straight up and it came straight back down. They couldn't toss a pebble in the air and catch it, no freaking way they could manage it with a rocket. Every government puffs itself up a bit, but this one is so full of hot air, I expect it to burst any day now. Liars and poltroons, every last one of 'em.

Even a flea shouldn't be sent up there! I am happy it was a hoax and hope all their statements, on any subject, turn out to be hoaxes!

Poor baby probably died. We have no right to harm another living creature. They should sacrifice themselves.
