India really is an interesting country...tho not exactly an honor to known as the #1 rape capital of the world. That 4 me trumps the fascinating. thanks

Natasha - actually, the USA is the rape capital for 2015 .....
"USA is considered as one of the most developed countries in the world, but surprisingly this country has the highest rate of rape crimes, making it the most unsafe place for women. Not only women, but young boys have also been reported as the victims of rape. Amazingly, most of the rape cases take place in the homes and many of them go unreported."

Of course - getting accurate figures on rape is almost impossible ....

It wasn't mentioned that democracy began in India way before it did in Greece as it it commonly thought.
