Good old Peabody is involved. I wonder how much damage they have done to this planet? It's great news that these three people have prevailed. Now they need to throw out the anti-protest law altogether!

Thanks so much for sharing, Evelyn. These three people are amazing. Bev Smiles has worked tirelessly to defend the local communities for SO long. She is SO knowledgeable about the damage that is being caused by coal mining. Thankfully the Wollar Three prevailed in court. As you say, Judy, time now to get rid of that awful anti-protest legislation.
