Faced with a warrant on charges of war crimes, Sudan's president is lashing out against innocent Darfuris. The world can't let him get away with it. He ordered the expulsion of 13 international agencies that provide food, water and medical care to Darfur.

Very good in-depth article from LA Times. I think they sum things up rather well. When a country has an oil resource they can do as they please, forget the death and destruction.

The 'world" which means mainly America is always 'helping' when it is about the own interests. I remember the big Tsunami when there was collected so much money. Later I found out that all this money was given because Americans and Europeans died in that flood and it was a holiday resort for many people from the West. When there are ten thousands of children and mothers dying in Africa, the attention is small and people do not like to spend money because this is happening all the time, and the news do not show this often enough to make people sensitive about these hopeless cases. This Tsunami thing was pressed into peoples mind all the time. These are the preferences made by the media.

Outrageous, these people need help now more than ever! Sudan's president needs to be expulsed.
