With his VP choice of Sarah Palin, who advocates drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and doubts mankind's role in climate change, John McCain has gone from the greenest Republican to run for president to just another representative of big oil.

McOld and Palin are indeed typical wealthy oil baron types. We need a change, a GREEN change! Thanks, Tom.

McCaine is just another George W Bush and we do not need more destruction, death, killing and pollution. Obama has my vote and I hope and pray Obama get in so that the American people can have some healing.

I feel the destruction in itself is in the republican party. I will not vote a party into the government when it's members are destroying humans and animals.

well I know who I am voting for I am going to be for the green party, not the green that has all the money stacked in their pockets with it overflowing but the party who is for helping this country get green. To stop the offshore drilling, to stop the brutal killing of our wildlife, the party who will stand up and protect our land and our animals. Not sell it off to the highest bidder in big companies so they can get even more money then they have. I am voting green for our land not its money.

I see the Left has forgotten Cynthia McKinney and the Green Party, as did Al Gore with Ralph Nader in 2000.

Personally, I believe most people don't care about the environment. Population continues to explode, nobody does anything about it, people continue to eat too much meat, three meals a day. People continue to drive their oversized SUVs.

Was Nikki P's rant a great put-on, or is she on crack, or is she just a typical Regressive (opposite of Progressive) speaking her "mind?"

Maybe it was a genious work of reverse psychology. With all the spelling errors, punctuation issues, and poorly constructed arguements, it really makes me think less of those who oppose Obama and thereby more inclined to suppport him. Perhaps Nikki actually works for the Obama campaign afterall.

No The Green Party will not win any elections, but its members can sleep at night knowing their party represents all their ideals.
Obama? I doubt he even knows or cares about Environmental Issues.
While he is better them McCain Obama if elected will drag his feet on most all of his Environmental and Energy promises.
Frankly, I do not believe he realises how his girls will suffer big time, because of all the environmenttal damage already done to this Earth.
He is like Bush Not much of a details man. Most likely if elected will delegate much of his authority like Bush.
I believe now I will just vote for McKinney instead of writing in Senator Hillary Clinton.
If Obama wins I will not expect much. If McCain wins then I will just pack it in altogether.
We all are at the point when Tomorrow will be too late.

All created things are alive, conscious, and want to communicate. The Creator has endowed all creatures with wisdom and joy, and they are eager to share with us their ways of being in the world. In time we learn to recognize them as our companions.
